This privacy policy explains how the RoDepth mobile application ("the app"), published by Cosmin Tonca ("we", "us"), handles information.
RoDepth does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics.
RoDepth connects to a compatible wireless sonar device over your local Wi-Fi network and displays depth, water temperature and a live sonar image. All sonar data travels directly between your phone and your sonar on the local network. It is not sent to us or to any third party.
The app saves your display settings (for example colors, gain, contrast and sonar frequency) and any 3D relief points you save on your device so they are kept between uses. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
